Due to tensions in Tunisia, the government has banned all public gatherings. Sadly, this includes sports events.
Hammam-Lif have their biggest game of the year coming up against the champions, but the players feel the coldness of an empty stadium, and agree that losing the fans loses 50% of their motivation – it is difficult to play at the top level in near complete silence.
To fix this, a mobile app was created for the supporters, so that they could pick from 6 noises – horn, drums, cheer, GOAL, applause and sing – and based on who was clicking on what, the noises were transferred to 6 sets of speakers around the pitch.
Using this technology, the team won the game, and turned a crowd of zero into one of over 90,000.
