With online shopping still growing in scale and market share, customer reviews are becoming more and more important and useful for consumers.
Not everyone uses this situation to be serious. The first example of this is not from Amazon, but from yahoo. Anyone can post a question, and anyone could answer, but it allowed people to vote for the most useful answers. Obviously, some people ask stupid questions, which prompt interesting answers.
More recently, we are seeing joke reviews posted on Amazon’s website, and they are proving to be very popular. The most popular of these would be for Veet Hair removal, which warned men not to use on their genitalia, as one user had made the msitake and was warning others not to do the same.
The others show examples from a Knuckle Blaster Stun Gun, and the story of how effective it was in a dangerous situation for the user, and also the review of a child’s Spy Drone.
I hope to see more of these in the future!
