It is very important for companies to use their Twitter feeds effectively. Social media is not a platform for deleting negative comments and retweeting the good ones. Here you are vulnerable, in front of all your fans, consumers and rivals, all of whom are watching every word you send out.
Because of this, I think it’s great when brands interact with each other and have some fun, whilst also answering any queries that consumer’s may have.
