The first Facebook Poke campaign

Wikipedia states: Sexting is the act of sending sexually explicit messages or photographs, primarily between mobile phones.

Sites like Facebook Poke and Snapchat have come under a lot of criticism as they promote “Sexting”.  Whilst some may find it fun and flirtatious, others find it distasteful and demeaning. However this hasn’t stopped companies jumping on the bandwagon.

Delta Lingerie were asked to create a one-time discount on tights, so they sent all their fans on Facebook a cheeky video by Facebook Poke of one of the models being filmed getting dressed, and they are then redirected to the website to use the discount.  They can’t like the video, they can’t share the video and they can’t watch the video again.
